Area of responsibilities :
- Define Financial Standards, policies and procedures to meet organizational goals
- Design Financial Strategy and performance parameters at corporate level.
- Assist in preparation of business plans and financial forecasting for new businesses being considering by the company
- Planning and Preparation of Annual Budgets.
- Regular Monitoring and taking corrective timely actions to ensure that expenses do not exceed the approved budgets.
- Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Balance Sheet & other financial statements.
- Providing guidance for all legal and secretarial matters.
- JV Agreements - Checking and confirmation of commercial / legal issues.
- Overseeing all Taxation (Direct/Indirect) related matters.
- Strengthening of MIS and ensuring consistent flow of reliable information.
- Setting up effective internal audit systems and its monitoring
