Deputy Chief Financial Officer - CA

Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in formulating and executing financial strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports of all entities of the group.

- Should have thorough knowledge of Ind AS.

- Responsible for preparation of budgets and monitor and analyze the performance against budgets.

- Responsible for Cash flow management including banking and related matters.

- Responsible for all Income tax related matters including various compliances.

- Ensure timely filing of various returns, handling assessments, etc.

- Responsible for compliance of all statutory matters like GST, PF, ESI, etc.

- Ensure robust internal control systems.

- Coordinate with various auditors, consultants, etc.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
