Deputy Chief Financial Officer- Education

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Group CFO in managing all financial activities of the organization.

- Conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and create forecasts to support informed decision-making.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Negotiate favorable terms with banks for loans and other financial instruments.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function for mid-level organizations.

- Manage and maintain a basic Management Information System (MIS).

- Provide some team leadership and guidance to junior finance staff.

- Ensure smooth functioning of the ERP system related to finance activities.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on banking and financial operations.

- Experience working in mid-sized organizations is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

- Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with banks.

- Hands-on experience with running the finance function of an organization.

- Working knowledge of MIS and ERP systems.
