Deputy Business Head
10-15 years of FMCG experience(Category Business/P&L Management) experience with exposure to strategy, sales, marketing and P&L management.
BE/ B Tech - IIT, VIT, NIT, BIT
- MBA - IIMs & other Tier 1 Institutes
The role holder would be responsible for identifying, defining and driving the execution of customer acquisition and engagement programmes. The role holder would on an ongoing basis also identify unaddressed vacant spaces and define a game plan to strengthen the business & enable the Business Head.
Role Expectations :
- Identify value drivers for the business and drive market sizing of the business along with the marketing head.
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for future business growth
- Enable the business head to develop the overall business plan & formulate the Annual Operating Plan for the business.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for customer sub-segments / niches.
- Build own & outsourced channels for acquisition and engagement. Drive Productivity & Efficiency
- Drive the lead conversion targets, collaborating with the regional teams.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Co-Own Business P&L, including customers, revenue, contribution margin
- Revenue & Customer Market Share
