1. Establish brand standards/guidelines & effectively optimize all marketing initiatives (ATL/BTL) to drive cost effective ROI
2. Develop local and hyperlocal strategies for executing brand engagement through various offline, online, electronic, and other marketing vehicles for new/existing markets aimed at communicating our brand message & influencing consumer behaviour
3. Strategize & develop annual, half-yearly, quarterly & monthly Marketing/Brand planning calendar and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
4. Brand Positioning & Communication as per the marketing calendar & ensure timely delivery of the same
5. Create & develop brand awareness & increase brand value and equity
6. Oversee the design/production of creative assets, advertisements, promotional materials, mail campaigns & all other related materials according to annual calendar/Category calendar
7. Lead & assist creative development of retail packaging & in-store marketing displays to motivate the target audience to take action
8. Analyse consumer behaviour feedback from internal stakeholders, stores to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in brand development as well as other promotional initiatives
9. Monitor publicity, media usage, market trends and competitors' activities in terms of branding
Social Media Management:
1. Oversee, handle & improve all social media accounts, and ensure brand consistency, right brand portrayal & online reputation
2. Develop our social media strategy to effectively communicate/position our brand, build consumer community & grow social media presence/traction
3. Tracking & Reviewing ROI/Budget
4. Assess & report ROI, KPIs & performance of all new/ongoing marketing campaigns/events across key markets
5. Establish & maintain yearly, half-yearly, quarterly & month brand budgets, its performance and trend analysis
6. Work closely with 3rd party vendors/agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns & other brand related activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- The incumbent should have completed Full-time MBA/PGDBM and should have 5+ years relevant experience, Preferably in FMCG / F&B / QSR Industry.
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Ability to analysing large amounts of data and identifying trends
- Experience of interacting with Cross Functional teams to develop sharp Consumer Communication briefs
- Ability to think critically and creatively
- Energetic, Proactive and Creative
