Experience:
- Essential: 2-3 years' experience in Advertising, Media or Brand Management preferably in FMCG/Food retail sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Translate marketing objective into strategically sound creative briefs to effectively land the message to the audience.
- Ideate and implement campaigns linked to brand strategy
- Partner with agencies to translate ideas to meaningful and impactful advertising
- Overseeing the production of TV & Digital ads and amplifying campaigns across all touchpoints like LSM, Outdoors, print, digital etc.
- Liaising with Creative, Media Agencies & Content Creators to build Campaigns & Impact Properties
- Manage localization of national campaigns to build regional relevance through comms
- TV Media Planning - Prepare media briefs (objective, route, target, cost etc.) and share with media partners, ensure and monitor the execution and evaluate the outcomes vs objective of media initiative.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Ensure timely payments of agency partners, manage necessary documentation.
- Coordinate regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands' performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- A go-getter with a can-do attitude
- Exposure of southern Market or South Indian cultural background is preferred
- Empirical knowledge of Digital Marketing would be a plus (not mandatory)
