Division : Retail Branch Banking Group

Designation : Deputy Branch Manager

Location : Anywhere in Mumbai

- Candidate who have relevant experience in Banking sector & are MBA/Graduates need to apply

Operations & Transactions :

- Handling Branch operation team for retail transactions on daily basis.

- Over seeing a gamut of front desk activities like Cash Receipts/ Payment, excepting quick Cash Deposit, Insurance, Cancellation / re validation of DD / PO to clients, RTGS / NEFT / Cheque transfers.

- Overseeing operational of lockers.

Relationship Management :

- Mapping the customer requirements and queries expertly and effectively.

- Managing key a/c relationship and serving as a single point of contact for customers.

- Increasing CASA, Time Deposit, and maximizing fee income for the bank.
