Position Title: Deputy Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships

- Planning and delivering effective sales strategies

- Monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products

- To develop strategies to satisfy the expectations and demands of customers and working with staff and customers to achieve targets

- Responsibilities and work activities may vary between retail, corporate and commercial banking

Key Skills:

- Has the knowledge of banking products and services offered

- Ability to delegate supervision of day-to-day operations to staff in branch outlets

Qualification & Experience Requirement:

- Graduates with 6 years and above experience / MBA Full time with 2-4 years exp
