Department Manager - eCommerce

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to oversee and manage operations in our e-commerce division.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an e-commerce environment, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to optimize processes, manage teams, and drive departmental success. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations while also focusing on strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.

- Supervise and train a team of employees, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to achieve team objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality within the department.

- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders, inventory management, and customer service operations.
