- Ensure conformance to the quality requirements of the Process & Products, make best utilization of equipment and processes

- Comply with the statutory norms, achieve improved performance of plant, implement the systems

- Continuous supply of cement of different grades to meet the requirements of cement marketing by maintaining consistency in quality & quantity Limestone, Raw meal, clinker and cement of different grades, meeting the customer requirements in line with BIS norms
