Department Head - Process Operations - Cement Mills

Education - Bachelors in Chemical Engineering Only, Masters would be preferred

Role :

- Organize, co-ordinate, control all the process operations of Cement Mills, Raw Mills, slag grinding and monitor implementation of project activities to meet the productivity, quality and delivery targets at optimum cost

- Process management

- Right selection of Refractory

- Quality consistency

- Plan process improvement
