Job Purpose:

To plan, monitor and ensure effective implementation of Human Resources systems liaison with internal & external agencies towards maintaining harmonious relationship.

To provide leadership on people front & constantly review the challenges in order to create an achievement focused, development oriented people sensitive & to facilitate the as per schedule/plan to enhance the profitability of the business, employee satisfaction and upholding company's values in the community. Coordinating training of local youth and their employability, external environment management, managing complexities of employment expectations of land loser, drive on vibes initiatives.

Location - Singrauli (MP)

Educational Qualification - MBA(HR)

Experience - 15-25 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implementation of Policies & Processes

- Short term & Long term HR Strategy

- Design draft policies.

- Seeking Response / feedback / suggestions from plant / functional heads.

- Finalization of plans and approval

- Presentation to key functionaries

- Communication & implementation.

Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction & Orientation:

- Develop suitable long term & short-term manpower planning taking into account separations etc.

- Recruit suitable personnel required for organization especially for key & critical positions.

- Finalize Salaries, compensation, designations.

- Plan development of successors for all key & critical positions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Plan management of external stakeholders like statutory bodies , PDF's , local Police etc.

- Regular liaison with statutory authorities like Labour Office, PF, CMPF, ESI etc.

- Plan & Manage engagement of PDF's

Statutory Compliance:

- Timely compliance & submission of reports etc under all applicable statutes.

- HR MIS follow-up

- Implement & monitor corporate guidelines.

Employee Development:

- Plan external training for PDF's

- Define competencies for different levels.

- Identify resources & employees.

- Impart training to groom employees.

- Review periodically.

Performance management:

- Planning, monitoring, reviewing performance of staff through performance management system.

- Rewarding for performance.

- Identifying training needs.

Talent Management:

- Identify segmentation & develop talents.

- Create talent pool

- Groom & Develop

- Develop reward system

- Design Motivational Schemes.

- Provide career progression

Challenges:

- Remoteness of the location

- Regulatory challenges

- Availability of competent manpower. Attracting & retaining talents, considering the remote location.

- Recruitment of the manpower in time.

- Management of PDF's

- Create an environment where openness, involvement and participation, ownership, performance orientation, learning attitudes are encouraged.
