Department Head/Head - Sales & Merchandising - Retail Store

The role is responsible to create income projections through business development activities, identify the emerging fashion trends and maximize sales to ensure profitability for the organization and oversee merchandising function to ensure timely and profitable execution of all deliverables creating customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

- Plan and define sales strategy

- Manage Business Development

- Manage Retail Store Operations

- Manage Merchandising activities

- MIS and Reporting

Additional Responsibilities :

- Conduct quality check of Finished Goods, especially for the Heavies line of business

- Performs any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time
