Department Head - Computer Sciences Subject - Education

- Head of Department - Computer Science - American Online University. ( remote operations/work from home)

- 15 years experience as a senior faculty in computer science in a leading university. Must have an international PhD (from wither USA/UK/EU/Australia).

- The Department chairs serve as the administrative leads of their disciplinary divisions, oversee all aspects of faculty involvement in the instructional activities of the division, and collaborate with other units in support of student engagement and success.

- Reporting to the Executive Vice President for Academic Operations, the Faculty Department Chair of Computer Science is responsible for oversight and coordination of their discipline's programs and activities in support of student recruitment, retention, success and graduation.

- The Faculty Department Chair works collaboratively with the Dean and counterparts across the university to ensure an adequate supply of quality faculty to deliver instruction. The position also oversees the training, evaluation, and professional development of their discipline's faculty by team leaders.
