- Client Servicing and Retention.

- Evaluating Service quality by maintaining client liaison.

- Drafting communication documents for the client.

- Collections as per contract terms and conditions.

- Creating wow factor for the client & the team.

- Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter.

- Team Management.

- Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery.

- Reviewing team performance on client.

- Team engagement and motivation.

- Identifying training needs and intimating the Senior Manager for further action and plan.

- Driving revenue through VAS.
