Job Description:
Client and Industry Relationships:
- Owns client relationships and works to contribute strategic value beyond day-to-day operations
- Shares responsibility for 100% client retention by maintaining mid to senior level relationships allowing us to: proactively identify client risks or opportunities and manage client teams to effectively respond to these client needs
- Acquire and develop long-term relationships with key strategic clients at the senior managment level
- Build strong rapport with new and existing clients
- Ability to qualify leads and close new business
Engagement P&L Ownership:
- Communicates progress of revenue to budget forecast to the team throughout the year
- Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing business contributions and new business development
- Works with Senior Management to set revenue and margin targets by account.
Monitors P&L fluctuations to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Consistently cultivates a portfolio of new business efforts
People Development:
- Coach and supervise team members
