- As part of our collaborative environment, you will spearhead strategic and creative projects for some of our most prestigious clients.

About the Role:

- As an Account Director based in our Mumbai office, you will report directly to a Business Director, overseeing both social media and fully integrated marketing campaigns based on client needs.

- You will also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and nurturing junior team members (AMs, AEs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients, maintaining strong relationships at the Manager/Senior Manager level.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business objectives beyond project specifications.

- Provide regular updates to clients, showcasing adept project management skills and ensuring their needs are met.

- Responsively address client requests, mobilizing the appropriate team members to deliver results.

- Coordinate and prepare successful client meetings, ensuring seamless communication.

- Proactively manage client feedback, devising actionable plans and next steps.

- Keep internal stakeholders informed on project progress, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.

- Mentor and oversee the development of junior team members (AMs, AEs).

- Manage the commercial aspects and financial administration of assigned projects.

Person Specification:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in a creative agency, with a strong focus on digital and social media, strategy, film production, content planning, and integrated campaign management.

- Proven track record of building client relationships and leading the creative development and production of ATL campaigns.

- Commercially focused with experience in finance management across billing processes.

- Strategic thinker with confidence in problem-solving and meeting client requirements.
