Role Summary:.

Job title: AVP - Account Management (Digital).

Location: Gurgaon.

Experience: 18 to 20 years.

Job Description:.

Should be able to do the following:

- NBD actively pursuing and converting leads.

- Lead account management : Conceptualizing and planning digital campaigns.

- Experienced in Performance marketing: Lead generations, search campaign, social media marketing , ORM.

Responsibilities:.

- Directly manage a team of account managers.

- Ensure revenue target realization.

- Responsible for key client interaction.

- Coach, mentor, provide feedback & improve the skill set & productivity of the team.

- Recruiting & training of future team members.

- Analyze & report key performance metrics.

Experience:.

- Ability to effectively manage clients.

- Experience with Digital Strategy & Online Marketing (Campaigns, Content, Social Media etc.

- Ability to understand and anticipate client need.

- Excellent customer interaction and client facing skills.

- Strong creative problem solving and analytic skills with attention to detail.

- Self-motivated & Ambitious.

- Proficient with Power point/Keynote.
