- Ownership of the annual External Client Reporting calendar: ensuring it is fully up to date and avoiding collation of reports from markets that are ad hoc in nature. - Liaison with Global Client Commercial team: ensuring that reporting committed to as part of any new contract is practical and consistent to our way of operating. - Final review of reports produced by External Client Reporting team: this ensures that reports are error-free before they are sent to clients. The trend being reflected in reports from period to period (or forecast to actual) should be understood with the ability to articulate effectively if required. Gain insight from the commercial team about common client focus areas and then ensure that any unusual or sensitive points are confirmed with the markets and understood. - Point of escalation: in the event the External Client Reporting fail to get timely delivery of information from markets to complete reports. - Primary contact point: for clients in delivering these reports. Alignment with the relevant clients- Global Commercial Director prior to sending is important to ensure expectations are managed.
