Operations Manager

Position: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic planning, organization, and oversight of all operational activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at a macro level to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute corrective actions across various departments.

- Oversee and optimize logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring seamless coordination with regional warehouse teams.

- Establish, manage, and continuously improve the control tower department to oversee regional warehouse activities and monitor operational performance.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, promoting a culture focused on safety and quality.

- Address customer inquiries and operational issues, implementing solutions that enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Prepare and present detailed operational reports and performance metrics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

- Lead budget preparation and cost-control initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize operational profitability.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations management with a proven track record in a leadership role.
