Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Be the custodian of Brand Denave strategise, plan and track all marketing & communication initiatives - responsible for deriving insights to roll back into business plans
- Responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing all the brand-led initiatives in the market across all audience segments and touchpoints, including Digital, media, events, customers and more, with the goal of achieving the Denave's business and strategic priorities.
- Drive effective marketing spending by defining and tracking key KPIs including marketing ROI for all programs and touch-point-wise operational KPIs.
- Lead the digital marketing journey for Denave across Owned, Earned, and Bought channels, specifically manage and execute the content marketing strategy across all social channels, lead generation campaigns and organic initiatives.
- Strategise the content plan to accelerate organic and inorganic lead generation efforts.
- Manage local external agencies, internal team as well as multiple stakeholders.
- Devise the most optimum media plans for the brand across all touch-points.
- Lead content localization, creation, and adaptation in the market for all sales channels.
- Lead external corporate communication and help leverage the same with digital marketing initiatives. Also, lead internal communications for all stakeholders.
- Plan investments, budget optimisation in line with business priorities, and keep a clear track of ROI achieved against the various initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong knowledge and understanding of brand development and a proven marketing communications practitioner
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively within the area of communications, as well as the capability to implement and follow-up on decisions taken.
- Service-oriented team player who can handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to initiate and manage projects as well as be operational and hands-on
- Strategic communications planning skills
- Thorough command over Digital marketing strategies, frameworks and tools
- Strong customer orientation, and the ability to develop/maintain collaboration with internal and external partners
- Good analytical skills and ability to translate into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative by nature, ability to be a brand guide for the entire organization
Educational Qualification - MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing from a reputed institute.
Work Experience :
- 7-10 years prior experience in Marketing, preferably in marketing communications roles
- B2B/ technology domain experience preferred
