We are looking for a Trainer who is fluent in English, has Software Solution Sales training experience to join our growing Business across APAC & EMA. The required Competencies, Qualifications & Job Description is given below.

Area of Responsibility :

Description of Responsibility :

1. Business Intelligence Solutions :

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience of working in a Training Role specially around Sales Coaching & Microsoft Cloud

- Solution Selling Training expertise required

- Certified Microsoft Trainer Certification is mandatory

- Cloud Certification is preferable

- Minimum 2 Years- experience managing a training team

- Sales training like SPIN, CHALLENGE etc. expertise is also a highly preferable add on

2. Team Management & Personal Skills :

- Must have experience of Team Management experience

- Must have worked in cross functional team as Individual Contributor and mentor

- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative

- Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude

- Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied key projects and/or relevant training management experience.

- Excellent Communication skills and Content Development Skills

Job Requirements :

Educational Qualification :

- B.Tech / MCA/ BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, from reputed Engineering College/ Universities

Required Skill sets :

- Microsoft Certified Trainer, Cloud Certification, Sales Related Certifications

 Language Expertise : English

Total Experience : 6-8 Years

Relevant Experience : 4-5 Years
