Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager (India Market)
1. New Business Development or Hunting
- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for Services & Solutions sales and business development.
- Should be well versed in B2B Service selling.
2. Farming of the existing business
- Apply a consultative sales approach and tailor presentations and conversations to the specific needs of the individual prospects.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Develops negotiating strategies, examining risks and potentials, estimating client's needs and goals.
Required Skillsets
- Minimum of 8-15 years of professional work experience in B2B sales, business development, Service Sales and client relationship management
