Overall Exp: 8 - 12 years
Experience: Channel : 5-6 years minimum in Channel sales, Marketing & Mgmt
Experience in Program Delivery : 5-6 years sales account management experience
Experience IT industry: 6+ years minimum technology sales preferred
KPIS :
People management :
- Define overall monthly target for Team and Motivate them to achieve the same on daily /Weekly basis
- Plan ahead -next day's coverage, target
- Should have good flair of coaching his team members
- Ensure all hygiene factors are achieved & maintained
Partner Engagement :
- Strategic guidance/thought leadership in the community.
- Assess Challenges faced and Suggest quick resolution
- Monitor Support required & feedback management
Cadence calls :
- Weekly cadence with all iPMM's (including in-country iPMMs - Japan & Korea)
- Review MDF Activities/Issues/ Support required/ Partner feedback/ Recommendations
- Resolve key issues with Regional SPOCs
- Quarterly review with Regional Team
Program management :
- Define right in process KPIs and Monitor the same
- Weekly cadence to review the performance and articulate Highlights and challenges
- Multiple stakeholder management and coordination
- Publish comprehensive and accurate reports to client as per defined TAT
- Weekly cadence to review the performance and articulate Highlights and challenges
- Provide intelligent insights for various Geo locations
- Ensures team is meeting/ surpassing the Targets and Review the performance daily with the team
- Review with Vertical Head (VH) - KPIs and VoC
- Ensuring the partner queries are addressed in time
- Be a first point of escalation for all the Geo' s
- Ensuring Timely submission of the marketing plan by all partners
- Ensure that all the Marketing activities are approved and executed in timely manner
- Ensuring the MDF is spent in right limits
- Ensuring timely fulfilment of Partner claims
- Partner training on processes and campaigns
- Provide payment assistance to partners
Escalation Management :
- Escalation to PMM / DellEMC Regional teams on any challenges / non-adherence of process/cadence etc within the various teams.
Analytical Skills :
- Analyse the MDF spent trends and share right and wrongs
- Ability to analyze performance and suggest process improvement
- Analyse partner/region performance and reduce the variance in performance
