Political Consultant

Responsibilities :

1. He/ She will be responsible for 6 Assembly constituencies in Himachal Pradesh

2. Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute election campaigns on the field

3. Interact with Party Leadership, Party Candidates, and Party Workers

4. Travel and work at the grassroots as and when needed

5. Conduct primary research and develop grassroots intelligence needed for election success

6. Execute on-ground campaigns through vendor coordination and stakeholder management

7. Coordinate with various units across the organization, such as digital media, data analytics, strategic research, supply & procurement

8. Manage the gross-root research teams and Assembly coordinators

Minimum Qualification :

- Should know the value of grass-root data

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree from Tier-1 institutions

- Professionals with 2 to 4 years of work experience

- Excellent proficiency in Hindi and English languages (read/write/speak) is a must

- Hands on experience in leading a team or project management

- Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours

- Proficiency in the use of G-Suite & MS Office tools for processing the data, the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports

Preferential Qualification :

1. Passion for Politics

2. Expertise in building the systems and methodologies to procure the gross-root data without much data loss

3. Should think and GO BEYOND the traditional practices, conventional methods and regular office hours.

4 . Candidates from Himachal Pradesh will be given priority (but not Mandatorily)

Salary : Rs. 1,00,000 per month + Accommodation will be provided by the company
