- Use data analytics tools and techniques to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing lead engagement.
Communication Strategy Design:
- Develop and implement tailored communication strategies for various stages of the engagement funnel to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with overall business objectives.
Experimentation and Testing:
- Aggressively test and experiment with various hypotheses to optimize lead engagement and conversion.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of experiments, providing insights and recommendations for scaling successful strategies.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify software and tools that can enhance lead engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the tech team to implement and optimize the use of identified tools and software.
Automation and Optimization:
- Implement automation across various processes to boost efficiency and response times.
- Constantly seek opportunities for system and process optimizations to reduce manual touchpoints and increase contact efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all lead engagement activities adhere to industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead engagement metrics, experiment results, and optimization recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years experience in Product, Product operations, Business analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
- Strong understanding of lead engagement strategies, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Experience with NLP/large language models (LLMs) for lead engagement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Knowledge on Agile tools and methodologies.
- Experience with the US market.
