About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Demand Planner to join our dynamic Foods & Non-Foods team.


- You will be responsible for managing the demand forecast and supply process for a diverse portfolio of renowned brands, including Ovaltine, Kerrygold, Quaker Oats, Redbull, Nivea, L'Oral, McVitie's, Heinz, and others.

- In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop an integrated volume plan, manage supply risks, and ensure eOicient distribution to our various distribution centers (DCs) and depots.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting & Planning:

- Develop and maintain a rolling 0-12 month integrated volume plan for the portfolio.

- Analyze demand trends and communicate changes or gaps in the plan to the sales function.

- Apply statistical models to forecast demand based on historical data and future assumptions.

Supply Chain Management:

- Collaborate with sourcing units to ensure timely and accurate supply to distribution centers.

- Manage short-term demand requests and solve supply chain issues as they arise.

- Monitor stock levels at DCs and depots, taking proactive measures to prevent losses.

- Ensure proper allocation of stock to depots based on sales trends and projections.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a supply chain business partner to sales, marketing, and other functions.

- Clearly communicate potential supply risks to internal and external stakeholders.

KPI Reporting & Analysis:

- Report and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Volume Bias, Volume Accuracy, Product Availability, and Stock Cover Optimization.

- Maintain and manage master data for the portfolio. Innovation & Process Improvement:

- Drive supply chain responsibilities in the innovation process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: University degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with statistical models and demand planning tools.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills in English.

- Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, handle challenges head-on, and adapt quickly to changes.

- Self-motivation: Highly motivated and able to work independently.
