Demand Planning Manager - FMCG (2-4 yrs)
Job Detail :
- Responsible for leading capability building in Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting
- Ensures the application of standard processes and tools for Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Actively leads Demand review process and participate in Category reviews.
- In depth knowledge and functional experience with demand planning and forecasting.
- Understanding of the theory and execution considerations of statistical forecast models and various techniques for dealing with forecast error and forecast bias.
- Understanding of Process Linkages upstream (Marketing and Sales Planning) and Downstream (Supply Planning and Customer Execution
- Identify and analyze sales trends and influencing variables and incorporate analysis in forecasting & inventory planning.
- Strong analytical skills - using data for decision making. Anticipating needs and resolving challenges in case of demand-supply mismatch

- Ability to work independently to construct complex statistical models to forecast business performance.
- Report weekly to stakeholders with key forecasting and stock updates.
- SAP - Plays a key leadership role in ensuring the success tools, mainly SAP .
Education : MBA Candidate should have Premier B School from FMCG / Foods / Beverage
