Demand Planner - Manufacturing Firm

BNC is hiring Demand Planner for Shared Services Set Up for Gurgaon location

1. Prepare and share a pre-read for the meeting which contains a list of agenda items and data that can inform decision making.

2. Maintain a comprehensive view of demand and financial aspects to Support management with long-term risks assessments and mitigation activities.

3. Additionally, identify and highlight risks and opportunities to inform decision making in the demand meeting.

4. Facilitate the Demand meeting in the form of a live working session, ensuring that all information is presented and discussed, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made and agreed upon, and execution plans are documented with owners and completion.

5. Work closely with Sales team & Finance team

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. B-tech with MBA / MBA with 2-3 years of relevant experience in industry (mainly from manufacturing)

2. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

3. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

4. Knowledge of- SAP

5. Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

7. Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.
