Demand Lead - Sales - FMCG

The Demand Lead is expected to lead such teams for the respective category.

- He will be required to have the aggression of a sales leader while thinking strategically to achieve diverse goals for the respective category.

- It will entail leading on-ground sales executives and their respective team leaders to achieve tremendous growth for the category.

This role would be based out of Bangalore and taking care of south Zone

What you will need :

- You are a self-driven, energetic, operations expert. You love building operations from the ground up and scaling them.

- You have top-notch people management skills. You are adept at recruiting, motivating and mentoring talent at scale.

- You are a planner. You carefully estimate and build the required capacity.
