Demand Generation Manager - Digital Marketing - IT

About the role:

We've scaled revenue 15X in the past year on the back of sales, have high retention on the product and are now looking to build our marketing engine to scale. This will be our first marketing hire and the role involves building the marketing function from scratch.

What you'll do :

- The north star metric for this role is doing everything possible to drive top of funnel, from designing experiments to executing them end to end

- Performance Marketing - Running ads across platforms (Reddit, Google, Linkedin, Facebook, Youtube) & tracking funnels rigorously

- Influencer Marketing - Collaborating with video influencers on Youtube/Instagram, bloggers, podcasts to reach their audience

- Content Marketing - Writing SEO friendly blogs, posting content on platforms like Quora, Community Forums, FB Groups, Email Newsletters

- Email Marketing - Building an email list and nurturing them with drip emails

- Some Design Stuff - Collaborating with designers to design landing pages, creatives for ads
