Background:

- Senior Management Role at a BSE listed company with strong legacy and well-known brand in Cables and Wireless Space.

- This is a leadership position and selected person would lead and mentor a team of professionals looking after following functions:

1. Finance, MIS (Budgeting).

2. Accounts & Taxation.

3. Secretarial & Legal.

4. Strategic Financial Planning.

5. Banking.

6. Investor Relations.

- The company is on a high growth path and the CFO will have to play a pivotal role in Business planning with cross functional teams in Production, Business Development and Marketing.

- He will also be responsible for reporting to the Management Committee and Board of Directors and preparing necessary MIS.

- The position reports to the Managing Director and would be Key Management Person for the company.

Age Profile - 45-55 years

Experience - Manufacturing preferably with CFO or Senior Position in Finance in a listed company
