- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, who understands how to build and optimize campaigns across Search & Social platforms.
- We're looking for an experienced professional with at least 5+ years, someone ambitious who wants to accelerate their career in a fast-growth team and work across some of the most exciting brands in the market.
Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass :.
- Working with and contributing to our approach to biddable media buying.
- Lead overarching strategic thinking, ensure media strategy is align and meets client objectives.
- Guiding a team in executing biddable media campaigns to an industry-standard best practice across channels, and guiding creative strategy.
- Continually optimize ad accounts to achieve the absolute best results for clients.
- Managing client relationships and escalation as and when need, be hands-on and work closely with other team members.
- Conduct account audits to identity growth & optimization opportunities.
- Contributing to the growth & structure of DeltaX paid search media team, assisting in training and up-skilling the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed in the role:.
- To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your clients.
- To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns across your client accounts in line with the clients goals and objectives.
- To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target.
- To deliver regular paid search management services for assigned clients.
- To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned client accounts.
- To achieve increases across these campaigns in traffic and conversions and to ensure delivery against all other key performance indicators.
- Have an eye for precision and attention to detail.
- Highly numerate with great business acumen.
- Provide mid to long term planning and strategy focusing on brand growth.
- Understand the client's industry, competitive landscape, audience behaviors, and cross-channel media marketplace to develop long term media approach as well as foster innovation, especially within paid media.
- Lead Strategy Planning effort both in terms of high-level solution design as well as in management approach for each group.
- Eye for precision and attention to detail.
- Confidence with numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good to have Google Ads Certification & Meta Advertising Certification.
