Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Utilize various strategies (e. g. , cold calling, email outreach, social media marketing) to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Build rapport with potential customers and present the value proposition of our products/services.
Sales & Conversion:
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and meet assigned sales targets.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Customer Success & Retention:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Identify and address customer concerns proactively.
- Gather customer feedback to improve products/services and marketing strategies (optional, depending on your company structure).
Marketing & Growth Initiatives:
- Support marketing efforts by creating engaging content or assisting with social media management (optional, depending on your company structure).
- Analyze customer data and sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and customer success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/ masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred, but recent graduates with strong educational background will be considered).
- 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a relevant field (an internship can be considered).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers.
- A coachable and eager-to-learn attitude with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
