Designation: Deputy Manager/Manager- Web Application

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 7-10 years

Education: Engineer and MBA in relevant field.

Job Role :

- Identify Internal User issues/ problems and suggest appropriate solution (SAP process/Business Process and Technical solution on Dot Net/Java/ABAP)

- Rich knowledge of Web Application dot net and at least any one module of SAP.

- Organizing Meeting with Users, facilitating discussions and reaching to conclusion in consultation with other IT team members.

- Runs projects from design and development to production.

- Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.

- Defines resources and schedule for project implementation.

- Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

- Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.

- Directs and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.

- Performs team assessments and evaluations.

- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.

- Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.

- Discussion with External service provider or third party applications.

- Designs and maintain technical and project documentation and ensure the appropriate access to data bases

- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Skills Required:

- Experience in Project management and team handling.

- Ability to Coach and train the team

- Excellent communication skills

- Hands on Technical Experience in Dot Net/Java Technology and SAP Modules.
