Major responsibilities & deliverables:   - Drafting process documents to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation  - Conducting benchmarking studies on processes across teams  - Suggesting changes to existing practices  - Assisting delivery teams in documenting and improving processes  - Involving in key initiatives and decisions into process restructuring  - Advising service line teams on efficiency improvement goals  - Reviewing the correctness and accuracy of processes  - Imparting knowledge on various process initiatives to employees across service lines  - Preparing reports per defined frequency across scope areas  - Constantly identifying improvement areas and self-initiating improvement projects around these  Skills Required: Strong Process Mgmt Knowledge & clarity of concepts, workflows, swimlanes  Leadership Qualities  Creative and Innovative thinking  Effective communication and presentation skills  People's person  Persistent and persuasive  Qualifications required: B Tech / MBA   Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure: Preferably 10-15 year Experience in Process Mgmt and Operations Performance Improvement
