Scrum Master - Senior Consultant

Education: BTech/MTech in Engineering (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields).

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years as a SCRUM Master or Agile Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

SCRUM Facilitation: Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Team Guidance:

- Guide and coach the SCRUM team in using Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.

- Ensure the development team is empowered to self-organize and remove any impediments to progress.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-organized and prioritized.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding the progress and performance of the SCRUM team

Performance Tracking:

- Utilize Agile project management tools to track the team's progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in SCRUM and Agile project management tools.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments

Preferred Attributes:

- Certification in SCRUM (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master - CSM).

- Experience working on government projects or in a regulated industry.

- Knowledge of process automation and management systems.
