The team:

Scope of work:

- As a practitioner, in our Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the goal of exceeding client expectations. Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

- Preliminary assessment of ownership/ title of land area selected for undertaking new projects.

- Assisting Client in preparing documents related to Land Acquisition (LAQ).

- Assisting Client in acquiring the land in mining projects and suggesting, the model (i.e., direct purchase/lease purchase/ rental basis economical to Client).

- Assisting Client in liaison with related Government departments/land owners/ related NGOs.

- Preliminary assessment of displaced families required to be rehabilitated.

- Assisting Client in R&R related activities.

- Closely tracking the progress of LA and R&R activities through a project management plan.

- Conduct regular meeting with Client, highlighting current and upcoming impediments.

Required Skills:

- As a practitioner, you will work in teams led by partners, with colleagues and clientele belonging to metals & mining industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective.


- As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders.

Skills required:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Land Acquisition and R&R activities for Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

- Master of Social Work, LLB

- Well versed in RFCTLARR Act and Rules thereunder.

- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

- Should have experience of working with mining and metal sector clients / industry or relevant industry.

- Should be good at Project Management skills

- Must know about Customer management

- Have knowledge of On-field execution

- Must have Strong analytical skills

- Have Problem solving capabilities and understanding of transaction advisory.
