Your work profile:

As a Manager or AD in our Financial Services `Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

Responsibilities:

- Become a trusted advisor: Engage in the Financial Services practice, supporting BFSI clients with strategy development, new business setup, operating model transformation, and digital transformation within the banking and NBFC sectors

- Deliver exceptional client service: Engage directly with banking clients to address and solve their most pressing operational challenges.

- Collaborate for impact: Work alongside a high-performing team, leveraging diverse expertise to solve client problems effectively and efficiently.

- Drive business growth: Actively contribute to business development efforts, developing compelling client pitches and proposals that showcase our innovative solutions.

- Become a project delivery expert: Lead client project teams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. This includes data analysis, presentation creation, and solution design.

- Champion transformation: Provide project and change management support for large-scale banking initiatives, guiding clients through positive transformations.

Essential Skills:

- Deep banking knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of bank financials, operating models, and industry trends.

- Proven track record of success: Demonstrate expertise in one or more areas: operating model transformation, cost optimization, customer experience enhancement, digital transformation, or emerging technology implementation.

- Domain specialization: Bring deep knowledge in at least one of the following areas: retail liabilities, lending, or payments

- Communication excellence: Articulate ideas and results with clarity and confidence to diverse audiences, both written and verbally.

- Sharp problem-solving skills: Approach challenges with a critical eye, analyzing data and developing creative solutions.

- Number crunching prowess: Demonstrate strong proficiency in numerical analysis and financial modeling.

Desired qualifications:

- MBA from a top-tier or premier university.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking or consulting firms.

- Strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of key banking concepts.

Location and way of working:

- Base location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
