This position will reside in the Business Services organization and will directly report to Office Experience Business Services Leader
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support to Office Experience Business Services Leader and secondary support to leader's direct reports
- Provide oversight, insight, and consistent process management across the COEs in the areas of:
- Finance/Budget
- Talent/Learning and Development
- Performance Management
- Communications
- Reporting
- Coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity; ensure alignment with overall business strategy and defined goals
- Serve as liaison between direct reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for handling inquiries to the National Business Services leader, developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
- Create executive level reporting and communication tools
- Preparing project and productivity reports and ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Developing and maintaining internal and external communication channels.
- Analyzing financial records and preparing budgets.
- Improving processes by recommending operational changes.
- Interacting and collaborating with Business leaders
- Creating interactive dashboards through data compilation
- Establishing Business Intelligence objectives and establishing internal community support.
- Extending compliance support to compliance lead in terms of validation of data and reports.
- Monitoring and maintaining database for Rewards and Recognition
- Conducting research and analysis of data on Excel and other software tools
- Develop Tactical and Strategic framework in collaboration with Site Leads for better functioning of sites.
