Job Description
- Work with sales account managers to establish specific account plans and strategies
- Support and influence Sales Account Managers in preparing and delivering business presentations and demonstrations
- Analyze prospect's requirements and propose the best possible solution
- Create and deliver demonstrations and presentations to the business and C-level executives
- Engage with the existing customers to improve their solution adoption coverage
- Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Configure application to meet prospect/customer needs
- Bring in additional consultants and technical resources as necessary
- Manage the technical relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors'/HCM secondary "face" to the customer throughout the sales process
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' /HCM product configuration options
- Respond to the technical sections of RFI/RFP's as necessary
- Document and communicate product feedback and new requirements from the field
Role Requirements
- Software Apps Sales Experience - 3+ years of sales experience selling software apps or SaaS
- Experience with HCM/HRMS platforms application solutions (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Oracle, Saba, SumTotal, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc)
- Deep knowledge of HCM SaaS market
- A proven ability to effectively present and sell to C-level execs
