The Team:
Today's business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities. Deloitte's Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.
Work you'll do:
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource, following activities within the firm need to be performed:
- Work independently and directly with clients to gather requirements, design, build and support Darwinbox integrations for client's business use cases
- Provide Darwinbox integration support, troubleshooting for existing integrations understand and provide integrations solutioning for Darwinbox modules: leaves, attendance, Core Inbound, Recruitment and Onboarding
- Efficiently manage work efforts between multiple clients
- Deliver high-quality solutions across multiple integration use-cases
Skills Required:
- B.Tech from tier 1 institutes - IITs/NITs etc. Programming Experience with any of the modern programming languages - R, Python, JAVA, VBA etc.
- Experience on Workato will be mandatory skill set.
- Proven ability to learn quickly - both technical skills and functional ERP concepts
- 5-8 years of experience in a client facing role (Internal client or External client)
- Strong interest in collaborative work with clients
- Previous coding experience using any programming language - R, Python, JAVA, VBA etc.
- Exposure to ERP systems and fundamental concepts
- Exposure to APIs (RESTful, SOAP), JSON, XML, ETL
- Strong and proven problem-solving skills and the desire to understand how things work
- Desire to learn about technology and cloud applications
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
