IT Mergers & Acquisitions focuses on IT Due diligence, Transition Services Agreements and Contract Management.
- It also provides services like Technology & Operations integration in a Post-Merger Integration Scenario or a divesture scenario.
- The candidate should demonstrate application of business acumen while leveraging information technology and have the following skill set:
- Experience in IT M&A areas, such as Technology Due Diligence (DD), Post-Merger Integrations (PMI) and/ or Divestures
- Experiences in different stages of M&A projects, right from project planning to execution, TSA design to execution, cost/ synergy planning/ tracking, etc.
- Experience in projects involving design, development and testing of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP etc.(build, run, operations, and security) that include integration of key software components such as web/application servers, middleware, RDBMS, development environments, operational components, and security products.
- Experience in managing Vendor RFP process, Vendor management skills, etc.
- Experience in costs modelling for restructuring/divestment/merger scenarios

Eligibility criteria and requirements:
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes.
- Years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
