Your work profile

- As a Manager in our RFP/SOW Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

- The candidate will be part of the Delivery Excellence Team within Technology & Transformation function of Deloitte India and will assist Pursuit and Delivery teams in conducting RFP / SOW / Engagement Letter reviews.

- 8-12 years of delivery experience in end-to-end technology implementation life cycle and/or operate of technology solutions/platforms.

- Direct experience in Client-facing roles in at least 5 end-to-end technology implementation/operate projects.

- Sound working knowledge of technology platforms (e.g., ERP / CRM / Cloud, etc.).

- Experience in the domestic market is preferable.

- Experience in any of these areas - reviewing/preparing responses to RFPs, developing proposals, writing/reviewing Statement of Works (SOWs).

- Good communication and relationship management skills.

- Detail-oriented and ability to grasp different concepts quickly.

- Adept at working under deadlines.

- Good Communication and Team-work skills.

Location and way of working

- Base location: PAN India (wherever we have Deloitte Offices)

- This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.

- Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
