Role: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Fixed Assets

Qualification : BTech/B.E + MBA (Finance)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: above 2 years with experience handling projects value more than INR 100 crore in multiple sectors.

Previous Experience Highlights - 

- Should have experience working in a team with exposure to multi-sector engagements

- Should have been in a client facing role atleast in few assignments

- Should have good knowledge of the standards laid down for the tangible asset valuations (RICS or IVS)

- Should have also handled client accounts with supervision of RMs or senior management

- Should have been good report writing and communication skills

- Should be competent with MS-Office suite

- Should be open to travel across India
