Deloitte - Executive/Senior Executive - Client Data Management

Position title: Executive/ Senior Executive

Reports to: Manager

Liaises with (Internally): Functional teams, Finance, Business Intelligence, SAP, Salesforce

Liaises with (Externally): Global Data management team

Major responsibilities & deliverables: 

- Ensure digital data stores and systems of record are managed effectively and in line with corporate standards and customer satisfaction

- Work closely with business regarding a range of client data types and data issue resolutions

- Liaise between the different functional teams, leaderships and Information Systems for contact data management activities and obtain their inputs.

- Client and billing data reporting and analysis in Excel

- Supports creation of executive level reports in PPT and Excel typically for Deloitte leadership

- Outstanding research, analytical and quantitative aptitude, as well as advanced attention to detail, are required for success in this role.

- Assists in development of analytical model, when required

- Develops expertise using Deloitte reporting tools and systems, such as SAP

- Provide training on CRM to diverse range of individuals across all levels on the contact module

Skills Required: - Proficient in Excel for financial analytics and data modeling: Power-point for creation of executive level presentations, and familiar with Access. Should be able to effectively use other commonly-used software, such as Word and Outlook, in completion of work.

- Experience in handling huge amount of data points and in reporting of data metrics

- Confident and clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels and across the globe.

- Experience in providing training (remotely or in-person) to a diverse group.

- Has a basic understanding of financial accounting (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows) and financial and operational metrics/KPIs (Key performance indicators) used in professional service environment.
