ISU Sourcing - Executive Manager

Work you'll do
As an Executive Manager in the sourcing team, you will manage a team of sourcing managers and manage clients, businesses and other stakeholders. You may work in any of our businesses involving Consulting, Tax, Advisory, Audit, Enabling Areas and support the US region and the needs of our global member firms.
Here are elements of your daily routine:
- Understand the firm, its functions and enforce process adherence and compliances by the team
- Understand the assigned service areas, technologies, and sourcing processes
- Ability to create, performance and efficiency reports for the sourcing team to help define and measure its overall success
- Build strong relationships with the stakeholders and engage regularly with Sourcing Managers to discuss innovative strategies, to help drive sourcing efforts
- Be responsible for growth and sourcing contributions from direct channels
- Gathering data and compiling quarterly reports to build engagement, accountability and provide direction towards course correction
- Identify and conduct training sessions for the overall development of the sourcing team at different levels
- Understand and improve the sourcing workflow; to help drive efficiency and create maximum impact as an offshore sourcing team.
- Consultative skill to prepare and present candidate marketplace analysis with sourcing and recruiting strategy to leadership
- Adopt innovative, creative and cost-effective recruiting solutions by leveraging technology, AI and machine learning
- Play an advisory role to the business and design and develop sourcing and talent acquisition strategy for the firm
- Optimize the hiring capability, plan, execute and measure Talent Acquisition recruiting activities for the US market
- Collaborate with practice leadership to assess needs, develop strategy and implement workplans to meet the needs of various service areas
- Lead a team of Sourcing and Research Managers who further manage the sourcing and research specialists (Analyst/ Senior Analyst)
- Develop high quality Research team to be able to provide assistance to business leaders to make hiring decisions basis - talent availability, market landscape, org charts
- Responsible for managing career roadmaps, progression and succession planning.
- Monitor, guide, support and encourage the team to reach their self-development and initiatives
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management within the firm

This is an established team that was built to support the hiring of experienced professionals across all functions and geographies of Deloitte. It is dedicated to seamless collaboration with clients across the organization to consistently identify and attract world-class talent.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiation techniques, as well as candidate management systems
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
- Ability to handle and manage virtual teams.
- 14-18 years of recruiting experience
- At least 5-8 years of team management experience
- Any graduate degree
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- MBA in HR is preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in leading IT Consulting firms/Big 4
- Experience of working with the US markets
- Knowledge of technology trends, compensation and benefits
- Ability to lead, direct and work on a variety of projects simultaneously - and be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives
- Knowledge of our competitors and knowledge of market indicators, which affect experienced hiring
- Proven ability to work in a changing environment and be able to develop new approaches to old problems
