Deloitte - Deputy Manager/Manager - CF IBC

- Your role as a Manager, will focus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. In this role, you will develop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service

- During your tenure as a Manager, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Prepare Information memorandum under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code

- Assist investors in due diligence and site visit

- Assist the team in verification of claims under Insolvency process

- Visit the Plant of the company and ensure that everything is as per pre defined program

- Assist in verifying payments are as per agreed budget

- Understands applicable laws, management, and obligations.

- Identifies and develops opportunities to grow the business without compromising quality and integrity.

- Uses common technology tools to improve work efficiency, effectiveness, and client service. Demonstrates knowledge of service line or market specific technology solutions and stays current on emerging technologies, standards and applications, in order to address current / potential business opportunities and client issues.

- Use appropriate research techniques and analytical skills to enable fact-based decision making.

- Will act as a role model, embracing and living our purpose and values, and recognizing others for the impact they make.

- Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people.

- To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

Specialized capabilities

- Candidates from Insolvency, restructuring, cash flow monitoring, concurrent audit, statutory audit will be preferred

- Candidates from other Big 4s, Banks and Investment Banks (SBI Cap, IDBI Cap, Edelweiss, etc. ) will be preferred.

Technical capabilities

Education: CA (First attempt or from Big 4s) / MBA
