We are looking for a senior person in HR operations team to manage the HR analytics.
Responsibilities include:
- Monthly pay and tax calculations
- Deductions and statutory filings
- Variable earnings and increment management
- e-enablement (electronic enablement ) with respect to payslips, IT projections, Form 16 and IT returns
- Full and final settlement of separated employees
- Reimbursements processing including LTC and Medical bills in line with Company policies
- MBA( HR) with Min 7 years of relevant experience
- Well versed with the technology tools and working knowledge of Tableau is preferred.
- Excellent Communication skills.
