Your work profile:

As a Consultant in our HR Transformation Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

- Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects

- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration

- Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules

- Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees
